TPA Approval Criteria for Spaggregate


  1. A current TPAC TPA that meets the following criteria:
    • Traditional business <200 employee lives on average
    • The ability to think creatively
    • Inherent trust developed over time
  2. Completed TPA questionnaire, SIIA or SPBA
  3. Copy of a prototype Plan Document
  4. Preliminary audit to investigate and accept premium/claim procedures
